Summary

  • Investor interest in the Lenskart Solutions IPO continues to grow, with the GMP reaching 21%.
  • The company’s shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on November 10, 2025. Lenskart IPO: Growing Investor Interest

The IPO of India’s renowned eyewear company, Lenskart Solutions, is in the news these days. The issue opened on October 31st and will remain available for subscription until November 4th. It has already received 1.39 times subscription in the first two days, with retail investors showing the highest enthusiasm.

Lenskart Share Price and Valuation

The price band for this IPO has been set at ₹382 to ₹402 per share. Looking at Lenskart share price estimates, the gray market premium (GMP) has reached around 21%, suggesting the stock could open at around ₹480–₹490 on listing day.

Brokerage firms believe the company’s valuation is slightly high—representing a 10x sales multiple at a market cap of approximately ₹70,000 crore. Nevertheless, its business model and brand value make it attractive for the long term.

Company’s Business Model

Lenskart Solutions is India’s largest organized eyewear retailer. It sells eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses through its brands—Lenskart Air, John Jacobs, and Vincent Chase.

As of March 2025, the company has 2,723 stores, of which 2,067 are located in India and 656 overseas.

Use of IPO Funds

The company is raising ₹7,278 crore from this issue. Of this, ₹2,150 crore will come from issuing new shares and ₹5,128 crore from an offer-for-sale. The funds raised will be used to open new stores, improve technology, market the brand, and expand overseas.

What’s the takeaway for investors?

Brokerage firm Choice Broking has given the issue a “Subscribe for Long Term” rating. They believe Lenskart has good growth potential, but profitability will need to be monitored.

Overall, the Lenskart Share Price and GMP trends indicate strong investor confidence in the company. This IPO could be an interesting opportunity for investors seeking long-term returns.
