Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda passed away 11 days after a road accident on September 27th. He was riding a bike in the Solan district, Himachal Pradesh, when he was struck by a bull. He suffered serious head and spinal injuries in the accident. He was placed on a ventilator at Fortis Hospital in Mohali, but breathed his last during treatment at 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday.
The news of his passing has saddened fans as well as artists from the Punjabi industry. Singer Diljit Dosanjh, who is currently in Australia for his Aura Tour 2025, shared a photo of Rajveer standing at the Golden Temple in Amritsar and wrote, “Waheguru.” Gippy Grewal and Neeru Bajwa also paid tribute to him on their social media accounts.

Rajveer Jawanda began his career in 2014 with his debut album, “Munda Like Me.” He gained recognition with the 2016 song “Kalli Jawanda Di.” Subsequent hits include “Muqabla,” “Kangana,” “Kesari Jhanda,” “Patiala Shahi Peg,” and “Surname.”
Along with his singing, Rajveer also made a name for himself in films. He appeared in films like “Subedar Joginder Singh,” “Kaka Ji,” “Jind Jaan,” and “Sikander 2.”
