Vivo has launched its new flagship smartphone series, the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, in China. The company has introduced these phones with excellent cameras, powerful processors, and premium features. They are considered to be in direct competition with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

On Monday, the company released the Vivo X300 Pro in China. The phone is equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9500 processor, runs on Android 16, and OriginOS 6. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and 4500 nits peak brightness.
The phone also has premium features such as an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, IP68 + IP69 protection, dual speakers, and action buttons.

The Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (approximately ₹65,900) in China. Its Satellite Communication Edition variant is priced at CNY 8,299 (approximately ₹1,03,200). Sales will begin on October 17, 2025.
