Besan ka Chilla
It is an Indian snack made primarily from (Besan) gram flour, a type of flour that is made from Chickpeas. It is very simple, delicious, and nutritious which is why it is a very popular snack in India.

-Ingredients:
1. Besan (gram flour): Base of the chilla.
2. Water: To make a smooth batter.
3. Spices: Common spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala for flavor.
4. Salt: For taste.
5. Vegetables: Add carrot, onion, tomato, green chilis (optional), and Paneer (also optional).
6. Oil: For coking the chilla.

1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, combine Besan, Water, spices (mentioned above), and Salt. Mix it well and make a smooth batter. Keep in mind that the batter will be pourable but thick enough to hold shape in the pan.
2. Add vegetables: Add some finely coped veggies like coped onion, tomato, green chili, and paneer, and also you can add some herbs like chopped coriander.
3. Cook the chilla: Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of batter onto the top of the preheated pan and spread it into a round, flat shape. Cook it on medium heat until it turns into a golden brown color.
4. Serve: Serve it hot with chutney (like Mint or tamarind). or yogurt.
