what is chia seeds-:

It also can be as a sprinkler like sprinkling on yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc. for a crunchy texture.

3.Chocking- Consuming Chia seeds dry can cause choking, as they can expand quickly when they come into contact with liquid, which can cause choking.
How to consume Chia seeds properly-:
Don’t start big, Start small- If you are new to Chia seeds, begin with 1 teaspoon of Chia seeds per day and slowly increase the quantity to avoid digestive issues.
Consume with liquid- Always consume Chia seeds with liquid to prevent any blockage or choking.
